Private equity investment firm Bunker Hill Capital has sold its portfolio company, California Family Fitness (CFF) to Perpetual Capital Partners, a private investment firm based in Washington, DC.
Headquartered in Orangevale, California, CFF is an owner and operator of fitness centres in the greater Sacramento, California area. CFF currently has 19 mid-to-large format club locations, each of which offers a selection of modern exercise equipment, swimming pools and basketball/racquetball courts as well as member services such as fitness class instruction, child care, tanning, sauna and steam rooms, and organised sports leagues.

HIG Capital (HIG) has completed the sale of its portfolio company, Infogix to an affiliate of Thoma Bravo, a private equity firm focused on investing in software and technology-enabled businesses.

Rand Capital Corporation is to sell its 31.25 per cent holding in Gemcor II. The transaction is anticipated to close in the first quarter of 2016, subject to all customary approvals and closing conditions.
Gemcor develops and manufactures automated fastening systems used by virtually every airframe manufacturer throughout the world. Rand made its initial investment in Gemcor in 2004. Middle-market private equity firm Highlander Partners has sold MEDI-system to the Paris Euronext listed ORPEA, a European specialist in long-term, post-acute and psychiatric care services.
For the last four years, MEDI-system, Poland's number one private dependency care provider, was a Highlander Partners' investment. Private equity firm HIG Capital has sold its portfolio company, Big Tex Trailers – a manufacturer and retailer of professional-grade open utility trailers and truck beds – to Bain Capital Private Equity.
HIG recapitalised the company in 2012 alongside founder and former owner Ricky Baker. Azelis is headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium and is a leading global specialty chemicals distributor with revenues over EUR1 billion.
KDG is a leading specialty chemical distributor in North America. Since Audax’ initial investment in 2010, KDG has completed seven acquisitions, transforming from a regional CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants & Elastomers) focused distributor to a multi-vertical distributor to the CASE, Specialty Agriculture, Personal Care, Industrial, and Pharma/Nutrition end markets with presence across all of North America.

Private equity firm Encore Consumer Capital has completed the sale of its portfolio company, FreshKO Produce Services to C&S Wholesale Grocers, the largest wholesale grocery supply company in the United States.
