Atlas Holdings has sold portfolio company Pangborn Group, a designer, manufacturer and supplier of innovative surface preparation equipment and related aftermarket parts and services, to United Generations. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. EQT Infrastructure is to sell Koole Terminals to institutional investors advised by JP Morgan Asset Management – Global Real Assets. The agreement is subject to the positive advice of the Company’s works council. EQT Infrastructure acquired Koole Tanktransport in February 2011, followed by the acquisition of NOVA Terminals in October 2011. In addition to the initial purchase price, an additional payment of SEK110 million may also be made depending on the financial performance for Skånska Byggvaror during 2016. Skånska Byggvaror is an online based retailer of refined do-it-yourself (D-I-Y) products, with operations in Sweden and Norway.
