Middle market private equity firm Quad-C Management has sold A Stucki Company, a supplier of new and reconditioned railcar components, to Stone Canyon Industries. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed and closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval. EPISO 3, the opportunity fund advised by Tristan Capital Partners, and partner Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers have agreed to sell the landmark “Jannowitz Center” office building in Berlin’s central Mitte district for EUR79 million. Private equity investment firm Sverica Capital Management has closed on the sale of MC Sign Company (MC Sign) to Caltius Capital Management.
