Guy Hands (pictured), Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Terra Firma Capital Partners Limited, will be the keynote speaker at the Guernsey Funds Forum 2015.
The Guernsey resident and private equity specialist will top the bill for the annual event, which this year is titled ‘Achieving stability in a world of change’ and takes place on Thursday 14 May in London.

Arma Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to IGEFI Group, a Summit Partners portfolio company, on its sale to Temenos Group, a software to financial institutions, in a EUR235 million deal.

Hogan Lovells has advised Ovivo on the sale of its United Kingdom municipal division to Jacopa Limited, a company owned by some members of the local management team.
The transaction completed on 27 February 2015.
This transaction forms part of Ovivo Inc.'s wider strategy to restructure its operations to enable it to focus exclusively on core water treatment markets, namely the Electronics, the Municipal in North America and the Energy water treatment markets. This transaction enabled Ovivo Inc. to divest its non-core municipal water treatment business in the UK.

Private equity firm Vector Capital has sold Tidel, a provider of technology-enabled smart safe solutions for businesses and financial institutions, to an affiliate of Graham Partners.
Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Denver-based private equity firm Revelstoke Capital Partners has completed the sale of Accelecare Wound Centers to Healogics.
Accelecare provides advanced wound care services in two diversified, highly complementary divisions, Accelecare Wound Centers, which offers full service wound management solutions to hospitals and related healthcare organisations, and Accelecare Wound Professionals, which provides wound care specialist physicians to skilled nursing facilities and hospital-based outpatient wound care facilities.

Capita Asset Services has extended its range of services for UCITS and alternative investment funds with the introduction of fully automated Annex IV reporting to both the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Central Bank of Ireland.
Capita currently provides services to around 50 funds across the UK and Ireland. The development of the Annex IV report has been a complex process requiring extensive data extraction and analysis. As a result Capita is able to provide an automated and verified population of 100% of the Annex IV schema, without any dependence on additional information from portfolio managers.

The transaction is currently awaiting approval from the competition authorities.
A team from CMS in Germany led by lead partner Dr Thomas J Meyer advised the executor, Dr Peter Hertel of Hamburg law firm Krohn, on all legal aspects of the sale. High Road Capital Partnershas sold portfolio company All Current Electrical Sales, marking the fourth exit for the firm’s debut fund, High Road Capital Partners Fund I.
All Current is a leading specialty reseller of electrical components utilised across a broad range of commercial and industrial end markets. Transaction terms for the sale, which closed on 17 February, have not been disclosed.
