Law firm Noerr has advised private equity investor Zurmont Madison on the sale of the firms majority holding in RÖDER Zeltsysteme und Service AG to RAG-Stiftung. With RÖDER, RAG-Stiftung is acquiring one of the world’s largest providers of mobile room solutions. The company based in Bündigen, Hesse, which has over 500 employees, achieved turnover of approximately EUR80 million in 2013. Zurmont Madison acquired the majority in 2007 and financed targeted further growth of the company. RÖDER will continue under the existing management after the acquisition.   Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
