Graphite Capital, a UK mid-market private equity specialist, has acquired Opus Talent Solutions, a global recruitment business specialising in the technology and renewable energy markets, backing a management buy-out from the company’s founder.
Headquartered in Bristol, Opus has more than 1,000 clients in over 50 countries. It employs 300 staff across eight offices spanning the UK (Bristol, Manchester and London), the Netherlands (Amsterdam), Australia (Sydney) and the US (New York, Tampa and Dallas).

Tikehau Capital is to acquire, on behalf of its clients, a 25 per cent stake in the share capital of MINT, a MADTech company that provides advertisers with a tool that automates the advertising planning and buying process.
Andrea Pezzi, Founder and CEO will retain control of the Company and benefit from Tikehau Capital’s support to accelerate and strengthen its development plan in Europe.

Nyriad Inc has raised an additional USD28 million of funding, primarily from existing investors. Customer data specialist business, Edit, has been sold to The Salocin Group (Salocin) in a deal financed by NVM Private Equity (NVM). The deal which has seen NVM invest GBP14.8 million will also see Edit’s leadership team take a stake in the business.
The Salocin Group is a data driven marketing services group, headed by serial marketing services and customer communications entrepreneur, Nick Dixon.
