Stone-Goff Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm focused on technology-driven business-to-business services companies active in the knowledge economy, has appointed John Deignan as Chief Executive Officer of SGP portfolio company FS Vector, a strategic consulting and reg-tech platform for clients in the innovative financial services ecosystem.
Deignan has more than 35 years of executive leadership experience, guiding global operations and driving profitable growth across public, private, and private equity-backed companies. Previously, he was CEO of Baker Hill, a Riverside portfolio company, which provides technology solutions to banks and credit unions to power loan origination.
He succeeds John Beccia, who has assumed the role of Chairman of the FS Vector Board.
Beccia co-founded FS Vector in 2018 and has served as CEO since its inception. In that role, he scaled the company through providing regulatory and compliance solutions that powered the sustainable growth of innovative financial services companies in payments, lending, digital banking, decentralised finance, and other financial services.
FS Vector has a team of more than 50 professionals and offers a full complement of services including business strategy, regulatory, compliance, licensing, bank charters, and partnerships, training, data analytics, government relations, and public policy matters.
