Private equity firm Tailwind Capital (Tailwind) has completed the sale of Cumming Group (Cumming), a provider of project and cost management consulting services, to New Mountain Capital.
Terms of the deal, which will see Tailwind retain an equity stake in the company alongside New Mountain Capital, have not been disclosed .
