Private markets platform Treble Peak is partnering with institutional platform NewVest, to provide diversified access to private market funds. Access will be achieved via the Treble Peak platform, and will require a minimum investment of $50,000.
The partnership brings NewVest’s suite of passive index products to Treble Peak, offering investors passive exposure to private markets in a similar manner to how ETFs and index funds provide passive exposure to public markets.
NewVest’s strategy is designed to track the pooled return for individual private markets asset classes and vintage periods by targeting commitments to 50 of the largest private equity (or private debt) funds raising capital in a given vintage. This approach seeks to provide investors with the opportunity to effectively “buy-the-market” for the private equity asset class on a vintage-period-by-vintage-period basis.
The goal is to help investors build a diversified portfolio across strategies, sectors, and managers each vintage year, without the complexities typically associated with investing in this asset class, and at a 0% management fee.
