Trilantic North America, a growth-focused private equity firm, has promoted Ted Rosenwasser to Partner, bringing the firm’s leadership team to 15 Partners.
This follows the appointments of Giulianna Ruiz and Christopher Murphy to Partner and the addition of Kristin DePlatchett as Partner and Head of Investor Relations earlier this year.
Rosenwasser joined Trilantic North America as a Senior Associate in 2014 and primarily focuses on investments in the business services and light industrials sectors. He has played an instrumental role in recent platform investments in healthcare services end-markets, including Ingenovis Health and Rarebreed Veterinary Partners, that build on Trilantic North America’s focus on growth-oriented and founder/entrepreneur-led businesses. He currently serves as a director for portfolio companies Ingenovis Health, Rarebreed Veterinary Partners, Sunbelt Solomon and Taymax, and was previously a director of Home Franchise Concepts.
“Since joining our team in 2014, Ted has been a strong team player and leader while driving results across the firm,” says Charlie Ayres, Chairman and Managing Partner of Trilantic North America. “His ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with our partners and extend this trust by providing actionable advice has produced tangible results for the firm, and we are excited to see him step into this new role.”
Prior to Trilantic North America, Rosenwasser served as co-founder of a health sciences startup and worked at Oak Hill Capital Partners and Deutsche Bank Securities. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Information Science from Duke University.
