Vista Equity Partners (Vista), a global investment firm focused exclusively on enterprise software, data, and technology-enabled businesses is to invest in TRG Screen, a provider of enterprise subscription spend and usage management software.
Vista has over $100bn in AUM and the firm exclusively invests in enterprise software, data and technology-enabled organisations across private equity, permanent capital, credit and public equity strategies.
TRG Screen provides services that allow users to monitor both spend and usage of data and information services including market data, research, software licenses, consulting and other corporate expenses.
While additional terms of the deal have not been disclosed, Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as legal counsel to Vista, while Alston & Bird LLP served as legal advisor and William Blair & Company and Truist Securities served as financial advisors to TRG Screen.
