YFM Equity Partners (YFM) has invested in MurphyCobb & Associates (MCA), a London-headquartered advertising production consultancy with operations in 38 countries.
MCA works with multinational clients including Reckitt, Mars, Coty and Toyota, helping them manage complex production supply chains and implement cost efficiencies. Its proprietary platform, Control Room, provides clients with data to inform decision-making and improve operational performance. Sustainability and emissions reduction are also core components of MCA’s offer.
The deal comes after a period of sustained growth at MCA, driven by a strategic shift from project-based consultancy to long-term retained partnerships. The firm is seeing increased demand for its expertise in AI, sustainability, and tech integration within marketing operations.
The investment follows the appointment of Simon Sikorski as President, North America. Sikorski previously held senior roles at XR Extreme Reach and IPG’s Craft Worldwide. Sophie Daranyi, former CEO of Haygarth, also joins as non-executive chair.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
