International law firm McDermott Will & Emery has expanded of its finance and private equity practices in Chicago with the addition of partner Anh Lee.
Lee joined from Kirkland & Ellis and is the third corporate lateral to arrive in McDermott’s Chicago office in the last four months.
Lee advises clients on a variety of corporate matters, with a particular focus on debt financing and representing investment and private equity funds as well as their portfolio companies, alternative and direct lenders, and public and private companies in all aspects of secured and unsecured financings, leveraged buy-outs, restructurings, and subscription credit facilities.
