Graphite Capital expands investments team

Graphite Capital, a UK mid-market private equity specialist, has made one promotion and two new appointments to its investment team.Lara Markham has been promoted to investment director. Since joining Graphite in 2017, she has worked on a variety of transactions in multiple sectors. Markham was previously with OC&C Strategy Consulting where she worked on mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy across consumer, business services and the TMT sectors.

 
Graphite has also appointed Zoe Jackson investment executive and May Sulaiman investment manager.
 
Jackson joined Graphite in June from Barclays Investment Bank where she worked in the UK mergers and acquisitions team, primarily covering business services, TMT and the consumer sectors. She has been working on new transactions including Graphite’s latest investment, Ten10, a leading UK software quality assurance and testing services provider.
 
Sulaiman joined Graphite in September from CDC Group, a development finance institution, where she focused on private equity transactions in the financial services sector. Previously she was a part of the mergers and acquisitions team at RBC Capital Markets.
