Evercore has appointed Jason Fournier as a senior managing director in the firm’s Equity Capital Markets (ECM) practice. Fournier is based in Menlo Park, California and will lead and expand Evercore’s Consumer & Retail ECM business.
Fournier joins from JPMorgan, where he previously led the Consumer & Retail ECM practice, and served in senior roles in Technology ECM, Equity Private Placements and Technology & Disruptive Consumer Commercial Banking. Over his twenty-year career, he has focused on structuring and marketing IPOs, follow-ons, convertibles and private placements, working with emerging high-growth companies as well as well-established incumbents.
Fournier holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering with distinction from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA (magna cum laude) from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.
