Silicon Valley venture capital firm Accel Partners has announced that Sonali De Rycker, who has more than eight years of investment experience in early-stage technology companies with Atlas Venture, will be joining the firm’s London office as a partner.
De Rycker, who was previously an investment banker with Goldman Sachs in New York and has specialist knowledge of the consumer internet and software markets, joins the current team of nine investment professionals in Accel’s London office.

The firm has offices in Palo Alto and London as well as in China, via the IDG-Accel partnership.
