International law firm Brown Rudnick has appointed Lena Hodge as a partner in the corporate and securities department in London.
International law firm Brown Rudnick has appointed Lena Hodge as a partner in the corporate and securities department in London.
Hodge practices in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets, particularly related to Aim listings of international companies.
She has extensive experience advising public and private companies, nominated advisers, financial institutions, and US sponsors on IPOs and secondary fundraisings, M&As, reverse mergers on Aim, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Hodge was a partner with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.

The appointment follows the recent announcement that a litigation team joined the firm’s London office on 6 July 2009. The group is led by partner Neil Micklethwaite who is joined by a senior associate and two trainees scheduled to qualify later this year.
