GenNx360 Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on industrial business-to-business companies, has appointed Matthew Guenther as partner.
Guenther joined GenNx360 in January 2007 and has since served as a leading principal on several of GenNx360’s portfolio investments including GVI Security Solutions, a provider of video surveillance and security software and services; Trimaster Manufacturing, an integrated manufacturer of precision components and complex sub-assemblies for sophisticated machinery; and Vertex Group, a business process outsourcing and customer management outsourcing provider.
Prior to joining GenNx360, Guenther was responsible for new investment and portfolio management at Walden Capital Partners. Earlier, Guenther worked for KPMG Consulting in the strategic/financial planning and analysis department where he was responsible for developing business plans, analysing acquisition targets and managing strategic initiatives for the consulting practice.
