Baird, an employee-owned international investment banking, private equity, wealth and asset management firm, has appointed Jonathan Harrison, formerly head of business services for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Deutsche Bank, as a director.
Harrison has expertise in a range of sub-sectors, including facilities services, infrastructure services, environmental consulting, logistics, security, and testing, inspection and certification.
He has some 12 years’ experience in investment banking. During this time he has worked on deals for a multitude of clients including Associated British Ports, Brenntag, Bureau Veritas, CEVA, DP World, Exel, Germanischer Lloyd, Group 4 Securicor, Intertek, Royal Mail, SGS, Tui and with a host of private equity firms.
