Blazehill Capital, a special situations credit fund focused on mid-market businesses, has completed a senior credit facility in partnership with Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB).
According to a press release, the partnership will enable Blazehill to offer more flexibility to the UK mid-market. The fund provides financing solutions to companies who cannot necessarily access from traditional funding sources, covering various financial transactions including acquisitions, growth capital, refinancings and recapitalisations.
HTB is a specialist bank providing development finance, asset finance and specialist mortgages to UK SMEs, and savings accounts to businesses and individuals, according to its website.
In a statement, Tom Weedall, a Managing Director at Blazehill, said: “The senior credit facility will enable us to continue driving forward our innovative approach to credit solutions.”
He added: “With a diversified funding structure and a growing team, we are well-placed as we approach our third anniversary to continue to support borrowers across the mid-market with transformational capital.
