CMS Hasche Sigle advises automotive supplier etm on sale to BOS

International group BOS has acquired automotive supplier etm (engineering technologie marketing GmbH).

Subject to approval from the competition authorities, the Schönbrunn site and employees will become part of BOS, which currently has 17 facilities worldwide.

Going forward, etm will continue to be managed and developed as an independent firm. The purchase price was not disclosed.

A team from CMS Hasche Sigle led by lead partner Dr Jörg Lips advised etm on all legal aspects of the sale.

Family-owned BOS has sites in Europe, North America and Asia and has been developing, manufacturing and selling systems and components for the automotive industry for more than 100 years. The focus is on products for the vehicle interior such as luggage covers, sun protection systems and armrests.

Established in 1997, etm supplies the international automotive industry with components and systems made of plastic and elastomer materials.
