KKR Invests $750m in transport electrification specialist Zenobē

KKR is investing approximately $750m in Zenobē, a specialist in transport electrification and battery storage solutions, focused in the global decarbonisation of diesel fleets and providing grid services to aid the decarbonisation of the energy sector.

Man Group completes Varagon acquisition

Man Group has completed its previously announced acquisition of Varagon Capital Partners, a US middle market private credit manager with $11.8bn of assets under management  and $15.4bn of total client commitments, having received all necessary regulatory approvals.

Mid-market private equity firm Wynnchurch Capital has sold Midland Industries (Midland), a distributor and manufacturer of fittings, valves, clamps, hoses for a wide variety of markets, to Gemspring Capital Management, (Gemspring). 

Thoma Bravo to acquire NextGen Healthcare for $1.6bn

Software-focused private investment firm Thoma Bravo, is to acquire NextGen Healthcare, a provider of cloud-based healthcare technology solutions, in a take-private all-cash deal valued at around $1.6bn.

ICG makes €400m Enfinity Global investment

ICG, a global alternative asset manager with over €82bn of assets, is to make a €400m investment in Enfinity Global, a specialist in renewable energy to fund the completion of the firm’s 17GW portfolio, including 7.3 GW of energy storage assets. 

Adenia appoints Head of Investor Relations

Adenia Partners (Adenia), a private markets investment firm focused on responsible investments in Africa, has appointed Mack Schow as its Head of Investor Relations. Schow joins from German Investment Corporation (DEG), Germany’s development finance institution (DFI). 

Cibus Capital sells Innoliva to Fiera Comox

Cibus Capital’s Cibus Fund I has signed a share purchase agreement to sell the Iberian extra virgin olive oil producer and processor, the Innoliva Group, to the global private asset manager, Fiera Comox Partners.
