Triton-advised Triton Smaller Mid Cap Fund II has signed an agreement to acquire Prenax, a global subscriptions management service provider, from LBO France, a multi-specialist and multi-country investment platform.

UK-based IT services provider, Celerity, has acquired Silverstring, enhancing the former’s data protection and cyber recovery offerings within its managed services portfolio. Founded in 2002, Celerity provides advanced IT services with an emphasis on cybersecurity and highly available hybrid-cloud systems.
Tikehau Capital has launched its first private equity continuation fund for portfolio company Egis. The €1bn-plus fund will “support Egis’s growth trajectory and accelerate its global development, particularly through strategic acquisitions”, according to a press statement.
