Private equity debt financing partners Jonathan Homer and Bruce Stainers have joined Troutman Pepper’s Corporate Practice Group in New York and San Francisco, respectively. Homer joins from Gibson Dunn and Steinert from Perkins Coie.

Charlie Gailliot has joined global private investment firm KKR as Co-Head of the Global Climate strategy, rounding out a leadership team focused on climate-related investments as part of KKR’s infrastructure platform.

Jefferies is looking to bolster its technology dealmaking business with the addition of Credit Suisse investment banker Jon Gegenheimer to its team, according to a report by Reuters citing unnamed sources familiar with the matter.

HSBC has bolstered its private equity team in Hong Kong with the addition of Jonathan Au-Yeung to the the bank’s financial sponsors coverage group in the region, according to a report by eFinancial Careers. Au-Yeung joins HSBC after more the 13 years with Australian bank ANZ.

Tim Ickenroth has joined the sales team at Golding Capital Partners, a European independent asset manager for alternative investments, as Director Institutional Clients. He will focus on supporting insurance companies in Germany.

Kainos Capital, a food and consumer-focused private equity firm, has added to its investment team with the appointment of Catherine Anne Prideaux as a Vice President, plus the addition of three new Associates – Gage Baumli, Cate Mason and Molly Swenson.
