Flexstone Partners (Flexstone), an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers, has completed its 100th co-investment as it continues to expand its global, mid-market co-investment practice.
Flexstone has committed EUR6.3 million and reserved a significant amount of additional capital to support the next phase of growth of Pastas Gallo, alongside ProA Capital.
Pastas Gallo was founded by a Spanish entrepreneur and has become the market leader for dry pasta sales in Spain. It also sells pasta sauces, flours and breadcrumbs and is currently expanding into the ethnic dry chilled food market to tap growing demand for chilled ready meals.

An award-winning electric vehicle charging company is set to step up the roll-out of charging points across the country after securing a GBP1.5 million investment.
Elmtronics, an independent provider of charging points, has raised the funding from the North East Venture Fund (NEVF), which is supported by the European Regional Development Fund and managed by Mercia, and the Ingenious Infrastructure Ventures EIS Service.
The investment, which follows the announcement that the government is to ban the sale of new petrol and diesel cars from 2030, will allow Elmtronics to step up its work in underserved UK regions.

Kredivo, a digital credit platform for retail borrowers across Indonesia, has secured a debt facility of up to USD100 million from Victory Park Capital (VPC), a global alternative investment firm, to fund consumer loans for Kredivo’s borrowers in Indonesia.
The deal marks major milestones for both firms: the transaction is VPC’s first in Southeast Asia and Indonesia overall. For Kredivo, it is the largest deal in its history with a credit provider and represents one of the largest ever credit lines secured by any digital credit platform in the region.

Vanti Analytics has closed a USD4.5 million seed funding round led by Silicon Valley venture capital firm True Ventures and Israel’s More VC.
The round includes participation from Israel’s i3 Equity Partners, who invested in 2019 alongside Ariel Maislos.

Mid-market private equity firm LDC has successfully exited it investment in Panther Logistics to US-based AIT Worldwide Logistics (AIT). Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
Northampton-based Panther Logistics is the UK’s largest independent two-man home delivery firm. Specialising in the retail and ecommerce sectors, its customers include Wayfair, Silentnight, Dunelm, Maze, Decathlon and Habitat.

DataLink Software (DataLink), a provider of integrated population health applications for healthcare providers and payors, has received a significant growth investment from an investor group led by DWS’s global private equity business.
