Audax Private Equity (Audax) has partnered with the existing management team to acquire Revolution Dancewear (Revolution), a global supplier of dance recital costumes, competition costumes, footwear, and dancewear. BP is to purchase Chargemaster, a UK-based electric vehicle (EV) charging company. Chargemaster operates a network of EV charging points, with over 6,500 across the country. It also designs, builds, sells and maintains EV charging units for a wide range of locations, including for home charging. BitSight, a provider of Security Ratings, has closed USD60 million in Series D funding, bringing the company’s total funding to USD155 million. The financing was led by Warburg Pincus, with participation from existing investors Menlo Ventures, GGV Capital and Singtel Innov8. H & R Industrierohrbau, based in Goldbach in Bavaria, is specialised in the maintenance and construction of piping in production facilities. Ironwood Capital has made a subordinated debt and minority equity investment in American Residuals Group (ARG), an Arkansas-based environmental services company. Funding was provided by Ironwood Mezzanine Fund IV LP and its affiliated funds.
