Hasa, a portfolio company of middle market private equity firm Peak Rock Capital, has acquired Inter Valley Pool Supply (IVPS), a leading packager and distributor of water treatment chemicals.
Headquartered in Pomona, California, IVPS packages and distributes high-quality water treatment products and has operated as a licensed distributor of Hasa-manufactured liquids for more than 20 years. IVPS serves a wide array of municipal, industrial and pool & spa customers in the Southern California region.

GCA Altium has acted as exclusive financial advisor to FTSE 100 chemicals firm Croda on the acquisition by its subsidiary Croda Europe of research and development company Plant Impact plc.
The transaction was announced initially in February and has now become effective by means of a scheme of arrangement between Plant Impact and shareholders.

Equistone Partners Europe has completed the management buyout of WHP Telecoms, a provider of professional services to the mobile telecoms infrastructure sector, from Palatine Private Equity.
WHP is the leading provider of end-to-end services for the planning, design, acquisition, deployment, upgrade and maintenance of mobile network masts, antennae and base stations for all major UK mobile operators.
