The Pensions Infrastructure Platform (PiP) is to acquire a portfolio of interests in ten UK public-private partnership projects for just over GBP400 million from Aberdeen UK Infrastructure Partners (Aberdeen). PiP will manage the interests directly. BTL Group (BTL) has closed previously announced brokered and non-brokered private placements raising a gross total of approximately CAD15.3 million. BTL will use the capital raised to deliver its blockchain platform Interbit in early 2018.
