Truelink Capital, a middle-market PE firm focused on the technology-enabled services and industrials sectors, has acquired Ansira Partners, an independent global marketing services and solutions company with proprietary channel, website, and advertising technology platforms.

Software-focused private investment firm Thoma Bravo has completed the sale of Imperva, a provider of application and data security solutions, to Thales, in an all-cash transaction that values the business at approximately $3.6bn.

Private equity firm IK Partners, via the IK X Fund, is to acquire Kooi European Mobile Security Solutions, a pan-European provider of temporary camera surveillance and rising early-detection solutions.

New State Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm that partners with entrepreneurially minded management teams, has acquired Agility Recovery Services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. New State initially invested in AFIMAC in August 2022.

Rainier Partners and its portfolio company, SCI Flooring have added  United Carpet to the firm’s flooring platform. United Carpet is a full-service floor covering provider serving customers in the multi-family, commercial, and residential markets.

Ardian has entered into an agreement to acquire a 15% stake in FGP TopCo, the holding company of Heathrow Airport Holdings Ltd, from Ferrovial S.A. Under the terms of the agreement, infrastructure funds managed and advised by Ardian will acquire 15% while Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund will acquire 10% of TopCo concurrently from Ferrovial through separate vehicles

Pictet Alternative Advisors, the alternative investment business of Pictet Group, has announced its first investment through its new direct private equity team, acquiring a controlling interest in facilities manager Pareto FM.

The deal provides a full realisation for Cow Corner, an investor focussed on UK services and software businesses, following a successful four-year investment partnership.
