Rotunda Capital Partners, an operationally focused lower middle-market private equity firm, has sold Amware Fulfillment, a US-based fulfilment logistics partner, to Staci Group, a fulfilment and logistics service provider headquartered in France.
Arsenal Capital Partners has sold Airnov Healthcare Packaging, a producer of consumables used to protect healthcare products from moisture and oxygen, to Colorcon, Inc. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Nuveen, the investment manager of TIAA, has completed its acquisition of a controlling interest in Arcmont Asset Management, a European private debt investment manager, which will partner with Nuveen’s Churchill Asset Management to create Nuveen Private Capital, one of the world’s largest global private debt managers.
Software-focused private investor Thoma Bravo, has made an investment in LOGEX, a European healthcare analytics provider. LOGEX’s existing shareholders – the company’s founders, and Summa Equity – will remain invested in the business.

Summa Equity has acquired a majority stake in cybersecurity operations specialist Logpoint, investing from its €2.3 billion Summa Equity Fund III, which focuses on thematic investments in resource efficiency, changing demographics, and tech-enabled transformation.
The fund is supported by close to 70 diverse institutional investors.
According to Summa, the acquisition builds on its track record of incorporating the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) framework in its investment decisions. Apollo Global Management has entered into negotiations to acquire US-based aluminium products maker Arconic Corp, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal, with Arconic’s shares soaring by 19.8% in afternoon trading on Tuesday as news of the potential deal first broke.
KKR has completed the JPY7.2 billion ($5.2 billion) acquisition of Hitachi Transport System (HTS), a third-party logistics business based in Japan, from Hitachi, with the company set to be renamed as LOGISTEED Ltd from 1 April 2023.
KKR holds the shares of HTS through HTSK Co, Ltd (HTSK), a special purpose entity which owns 100% of the shares with voting rights in HTS, and through HTSK Holdings Co, Ltd (HTSK Holdings), a 100% parent and holding company of HTSK.

Private equity firm Crescent Capital Partners is considering selling Australia-based healthcare recruitment firm, Healthcare Australia Pty in a deal that could value the firm at about AUD700 million ($471 million), according to a report by Bloomberg.
Bloomberg sources have said that Crescent Capital is currently working with an adviser to identify potential buyers for the firm, which is one of the largest recruiters of healthcare workers in Australia.
Discussions are reportedly at an early stage though, and Crescent may yet decide against selling the business, which it acquired in 2018 from private equity firms Ares management and Toscafud Asset Management..
An affiliate of Turnspire Capital Partners has acquired USG Water Solutions, a provider of water asset management services for small and medium public water utilities in North America, from Veolia North America, the US holding company of Veolia Environnement.
