Justhome, a next generation home financing startup, has raised €3.3 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Target Global. Kain Capital, a private equity firm focused on the technology enablement of healthcare services companies, has completed a growth equity investment in MY DR NOW, a provider of primary and specialty care with locations in Arizona. Financial terms of the investment, which marks the first time MY DR NOW has received external capital, have to been disclosed. Kain Capital is the sole investor.  MY DR NOW serves the greater Phoenix market with over 80 providers at 13 locations. Palatine has successfully exited its investment in CTS Group, a provider of testing, inspection and geo-engineering consulting services to the construction and infrastructure sectors, through a sale to pan-European private equity investorOakley Capital. Palatine made a partial exit from the business in 2021, with the sale of its insurance claims management division to HomeServe plc for £53 million. Together the transactions represent a return of 5.8x for Palatine’s investors.    Since its initial investment in 2018, Palatine has grown CTS into a leading business in the UK. Fortis Solutions Group (Fortis), a provider of high impact printed packaging solutions and a portfolio company of funds managed by Harvest Partners, has acquired Identi-Graphics. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. Identi-Graphics is a manufacturer and printer of pressure sensitive labels and flexible packaging products serving the snack, bakery, confectionary, cosmetic and chemical end markets in the US and Canada. Neurofenix, a neurological rehabilitation platform that uses sensor technology to improve patient recovery outcomes, has raised $7 million in Series A funding led by AlbionVC, with additional participation by HTH, InHealth Ventures, and existing investors. Randy Hetrick, the founder and former CEO of global fitness brand TRX, has teamed with private equity veteran Jack Daly, top acquire the business.
