LogicSource, a provider of procurement services and technology solutions, has raised USD180 million from FTV Capital, a sector-focused growth equity investor in enterprise technology and services businesses.
With this new funding, LogicSource will enhance its services, technology and data offerings, enter new verticals and further invest in client-centric growth initiatives, helping drive measurable and sustainable profit improvements for the world’s most recognisable brands.
Gryphon Investors (Gryphon), a middle-market private equity firm, has partnered with Vision Innovation Partners (VIP), a provider of eye care services in the mid-Atlantic region.
Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Annapolis, MD, VIP offers a comprehensive range of eye services and treatments. With more than 140 practitioners operating out of 65 clinics and 11 surgery centres, the Company is among the region’s leading ophthalmology providers.
Jüsto, an online grocer in Latin America with operations in Mexico, Brazil and Peru, has raised a USD152 million in a Series B investment led by growth equity firm General Atlantic.
New and existing investors Tarsadia Capital, Citius, Arago Capital, Foundation Capital and Quiet Capital also participated in the round, among others.
Jüsto will leverage the new capital to fund its continued growth, including geographic expansion within Brazil, Mexico, and Peru, as well as into new geographies in Latin America, in addition to supporting investments in its tech stack.

Aurelius has successfully closed the acquisition of McKesson UK, the parent company of a number of market leading healthcare businesses including LloydsPharmacy, John Bell & Croyden and AAH Pharmaceuticals.

SaaS company Cyclr has raised GBP5.5 million in a new funding round led by Praetura Ventures and Blackfinch Ventures (Blackfinch).
Headquartered in London, Cyclr has developed an embedded integration platform (embedded iPaaS) that it sells into the software and SaaS economy. It has experienced significant growth over the past few years, expanding its team by 57 per cent in 2021, and today generates most of its revenue from international clients.
