AYOXXA Biosystems, a specialist in the development of multiplex protein analysis assays for drug discovery and translational research, has closed a funding round led by Prosnav Capital, who will provide AYOXXA access to the Asian market with a broad regional network.
Besides Prosnav, a group of existing shareholders participated in the financing.
The funds will be used to drive the global commercialisation of AYOXXA’s LUNARIS platform. The platform is designed to generate high-quality proteomics data using smallest-volume samples. New Mountain Capital, a growth-oriented investment firm with over USD35 billion in assets under management, and Endicott Capital, an investment fund focused exclusively on the information services sector, have closed on the the acquisition of 3E from Verisk.
New Mountain will serve as the control investor.

Gen II Fund Services (Gen II), an independent fund administrator in the alternative investment space, has acquired Update Capital, a specialist in investment management technology solutions for the real estate asset class.
Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Arrowpoint Advisory’s TMT team has advised Inviqa – A UK-based, independent digital experience agency – on its acquisition by Havas Group in a substantial, eight-figure deal.
Inviqa, which comprises more than 150 employees across eight offices, will be integrated into Havas Creative’s dedicated customer experience network, Havas CX, to significantly expand its specialism, scale, and capabilities in experience design, software engineering, technology consulting, and ecommerce.

Apollo Insurance Solutions, a leading Canadian digital insurance provider, has closed a Series B financing round led by Definity Financial Corporation.
Definity has strong digital insurance experience expertise through Sonnet, Canada’s first fully online personal insurance offering, and Vyne, Definity’s broker digital platform.
The strategic partnership includes a distribution relationship between Definity Financial’s affiliate Definity Insurance Company and APOLLO, and an agreement by Definity Financial to complete an initial minority equity investment.
APOLLO launched in 2019, and announced the close of a Series A financing round of CAD13.5 million in January 2021, led by Gravitas Securities.
AiFi, a flexible AI platform that enables retailers to affordably deploy and scale autonomous shopping solutions, has secured USD65 million in a Series B funding round with participation from ALDI South Group, Żabka Group, REWE, Verizon Ventures, and Qualcomm Ventures, among others.
This round, which brings AiFi’s total funding to USD80 million, will primarily be used to expand the company’s technical team to cater to the surging demand for AiFi’s solution.
The retail partners and investors that participated in this round include Verizon Ventures, Qualcomm Ventures, HP Tech Ventures, Mithril Capital, ALDI South Group, Żabka Group, and REWE.
Private investment firm Auxo Investment Partners has acquired Golden State Assembly (GSA), a vertically integrated, complete lifecycle wire/cable assembly and harness manufacturer headquartered in Fremont, California.
GSA founders Cesar and Yesenia Madrueno will retain a significant interest in the company and will remain in their operating roles.
Founded in 2007, GSA primarily designs and assembles wire harnesses and cable assemblies for a variety of customers in the automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, medical device, electronics, specialty vehicle, and energy industries that range from Fortune 50 companies to small and medium-sized organisations.
