Private equity firms Endeavour Capital and Greenbelt Capital Partners have closed a strategic investment in CTC Global Corporation (CTC), a California-based manufacturer of advanced conductor cores for high-voltage transmission cables.
CTC’s CEO, J D Sitton, will continue to lead the business through its next phase of growth.
CTC was founded in 2011. According to a press release, its ACCC conductors — which have been independently certified by SCS Global Services for their ability to reduce CO₂ emissions — have been installed in over 1,250 projects across 60 countries by more than 250 utilities.
