Foresight Group, the independent alternative asset manager, has announced the promotion of Russell Healey to partner.
Healey (pictured) joined Foresight in October 2007 as a senior portfolio manager and is actively involved in the management of several portfolio companies, holding board observer and investment director positions with a number of companies, including Ixaris and Plum Baby.
As partner, Healey will continue to work closely with a growing number of portfolio companies across several industry sectors, in particular advising management teams on the financial aspects of their operations.

Healey joined Foresight from Parkmead Group, a merchant bank, where he was involved in a wide range of corporate and principal finance projects. Previously he spent ten years in several technology and marketing management positions, including four years with Thomson Financial.
