RED Capital Partners, a new venture capital firm with offices in Madrid and Tel Aviv, is to launch RED Ventures Fund I, EMEA’s largest VC fund investing exclusively in high-growth tech companies founded or co-founded by women.
RED Ventures Fund I channels the exchange of technology between Israeli and European companies and opens opportunities for Israeli companies to enter the European market. The fund also invests in European technology companies, with a particular focus on Spain, looking to expand internationally, or to access Israeli innovative technology.

The addition of Sapho will expand Citrix’s software offerings to include Sapho’s leading micro app workforce productivity platforms.
Founded in 2014, Sapho is used by customers in all industries to streamline their internal workflows, enable smart decision-making, and increase employee effectiveness and engagement. Citrix is a leader in workplace software systems, with more than 400,000 organisations – including 98 per cent of the Fortune 500 – using Citrix solutions.

Inflexion Private Equity has completed a minority investment in European LifeCare Group (ELCG), Europe’s largest provider of vaccinations. The investment is being made by Inflexion Enterprise Fund IV, Inflexion’s dedicated lower mid-market fund.
Founded in 1998, today ELCG has over 50 specialist clinics in Denmark and the UK where the company trades under a number of brands, including London Travel Clinic. ELCG also works for both the Danish and English NHS as a contracted service provider of immunisation programmes in schools and national influenza vaccination programmes. The Riverside Company has signed a definitive agreement to sell its investment in Euromed Botanicals SA (Euromed) to Dermapharm Holding SE.
Barcelona-based Euromed provides standardised herbal extracts and natural active substances for the pharmaceutical, dietary supplement and cosmetic industries. The transaction is expected to close in the next few months upon receipt of antitrust approval.
Riverside invested in the company back in 2015. Euromed processes more than 5,000 tons of raw materials every year to produce high-quality extracts to meet the needs of more than 300 customers in 35 countries worldwide.

Oxane Partners, a technology-driven solutions provider to the alternative investments industry, has signed long term engagements with four New York based firms in the last six months, strengthening its foothold in the US market.

DIP Capital’s Disruption Investment Platform (DIP) Fund I has invested GBP1.5 million in wejo, a leading UK technology company which collates data from connected vehicles.
DIP Capital was established in February 2018 and focuses on investing in disruptive businesses. Founded and led by Riccardo Cirillo, DIP has a first fund of EUR40 million for deployment globally and is sponsored by Platina Partners, an independent European investment firm focusing on renewable energy and private equity.

FundRock Management Company (FundRock) has completed the acquisition of SEB Fund Services (SEB FS) from Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) (SEB).
The deal was first announced on 22 May and has concluded following regulatory approval from the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
SEB FS is offering third party management company services to Nordic asset managers with Luxembourg-based investment funds. The business in its entirety, including some 20 employees, is as of today transferred to FundRock.
