Private equity veteran Thomas S Roberts, formerly Managing Partner at Summit Partners, has founded Equality Asset Management, a next-generation firm focused on making long-term investments in durable technology, healthcare, and tech-enabled growth companies.
Equality plans to implement an innovative fee structure that reflects the current return environment and more closely aligns General Partner and Limited Partner interests.
Prior to establishing Equality, Mr. Roberts served in a wide variety of roles at Summit, including Managing Director and Managing Partner, Executive Committee Member, Investment Committee Member, and Operating Committee Member. He also created and led Summit’s Portfolio Performance Group, co-founded Summit’s Credit
ADM Capital, a London and Hong Kong-based private credit fund manager, working closely with Tejara Capital and Houlihan Lokey, has led a successful USD520 million refinancing for International Oasis Holding Company KSCC (International Oasis).
ADM Capital led a consortium of international investors including certain funds and accounts managed by Empyrean Capital Partners, LP, NatWest Markets Plc and CQS Dedicated Opportunities Fund.
Funds managed by ADM Capital provided USD300 million of the total refinancing package. International Oasis’s investments include a stake in Aston Martin, the British luxury car brand.

PNC Bank has closed a USD315 million senior secured credit facility for JD Sports Fashion’s (JD Sports) acquisition of The Finish Line, Inc. (Finish Line).
JD Sports is based in Manchester, England, and is a retailer of sports, fashion and outdoor brands.
Headquartered in Indianapolis, The Finish Line, is a retailer of athletic shoes, accessories and apparel. Founded in 1976 as The Athlete’s Foot, the company rebranded as Finish Line in 1991. Brand names offered by Finish Line include Nike, Brand Jordan, Adidas, Under Armour, Puma, and many others.
