Global fintech firm InvestCloud Inc has announced the acquisition of London-based rplan Limited for USD20 million. rplan is a provider of client engagement technology in the UK to support bespoke investment propositions for web and mobile. Its client base includes some of the largest institutional asset managers in the world, including four of the top eight in the UK.   The firm writes that rplan has had significant success enabling asset managers to digitize their existing retail clients and catapult the development of their digital strategy to support multi-channel distribution.   The acquisition will see rplan’s capabilities made available to
Claroty, a specialist in cybersecurity for industrial control networks, has secured USD60 million in Series B funding from a prominent syndicate of investors, including industrial operators and control system vendors, bringing the company’s total investment to date to USD93 million. The round was led by Temasek and included Rockwell Automation, Aster Capital (Sponsored by Schneider Electric), Next47 (Siemens-backed global venture firm), Envision Ventures, and Tekfen Ventures.
