Waterland Private Equity is selling its interest in the A-ROSA river cruise group to Duke Street. Barings has sold its investment in Wireless Infrastructure Group (WIG) to 3i Infrastructure. Headquartered in Edinburgh, Scotland, WIG is an independent communications infrastructure provider. The Company operates a portfolio of over 2,000 communication towers and is the United Kingdom’s market leader for the deployment of neutral host distributed antenna system networks needed to deliver mobile signals to large public venues. InMotion Ventures, Jaguar Land Rover’s venture capital arm, has invested USD3 million in US-based self-driving taxi service Voyage. The backing will support Voyage in developing a global service, with the aim that anyone can summon an autonomous vehicle to their door and reach their destination safely. Voyage has already trialled its self-driving taxi service in a gated community in San Jose, California.
