The British fintech company has been live for four-and-a-half years and recently surpassed GBP190 million invested into campaigns with more than 450 deals funded since its launch.

Tikehau Capital has filed a tender offer with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) for the securities of Salvepar, a listed company that focuses on minority investments in listed and non-listed companies.

Mid-market private equity firm LDC has exited its investment in Ministry of Cake, the UK’s largest dedicated dessert manufacturer, in a sale to French counterpart Mademoiselle Desserts for an undisclosed sum.
Headquartered in Taunton, Ministry of Cake produces over three million slices of hand-finished cakes, puddings and desserts every week, supplying many major restaurant, pub and coffee shop chains.
LDC backed a management buyout of the business from Greencore Group in May 2014 with an investment strategy to deliver major growth across all channels of the business.

BaltCap Private Equity Fund II, managed by BaltCap, is to buy the business operations serving the local markets in the Baltic States from European vending and coffee services company Selecta Group.
The Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian businesses altogether employ about 75 people and generate net sales in excess of EUR10 million.

Vortex, a European renewable energy platform managed by the private equity arm of EFG Hermes, is to acquire 100 per cent of a 365 MW operational solar PV power portfolio in the UK owned by TerraForm Power.
The transaction is valued at an enterprise value of circa GBP470 million and comprises 24 operational assets, representing one of the largest portfolios of solar PV in the UK.
The closing of the transaction is subject to the completion of certain conditions precedents.

Livingstone's media and technology team has advised mid-market private equity house Bowmark Capital and the corporate private equity business of Rothschild Merchant Banking, Five Arrows Principal Investments, on the sale of Autodata to Solera Holdings for GBP340 million.
Livingstone had previously advised the founders of Autodata on its GBP143 million sale to Bowmark and Five Arrows Principal Investments in May 2014 and subsequently advised Solera on its GBP288 million acquisition of CAP Automotive in November 2014.
The transaction, which is subject to regulatory approval, is expected to complete in February 2017.
