According to a new survey of 140 global LPs conducted by leading independent global placement agent Capstone Partners (Capstone), European investors continue to lead the way on ESG, demonstrating clear objectives and focus when investing in the private markets. Private equity firm WestBridge has exited its investment in portfolio company AJM Healthcare following the company’s acquisition by Livingbridge. AJM provides wheelchair and mobility solutions to the NHS, Local Authorities and individuals across the UK.
The transaction marks the first exit from the firm’s second fund and has been completed in little more than two and a half years after WestBridge supported the original management buyout of the company in September 2018.
Following the MBO, WestBridge appointed Andy Dun as Chairman to help drive strategy and has worked closely with him and the executive team to develop the business.
