Twenty20 Capital has signed an agreement with Bidvest Noonan to sell the Cordant Services group of brands.
An affiliate of private investment firm Sun European Partners is to sell Dreams to Tempur Sealy International (TPX), a global manufacturer of mattresses and bedding products.   Founded in 1985 and based in High Wycombe, Dreams is the leading bed and mattress specialist in the UK. The Company sells 11,500 mattresses, bases and headboards per week in the UK through its store network of over 200 sites and online. Funds advised by SK Capital Partners (SK Capital), a private investment firm focused on the specialty materials, chemicals and pharmaceuticals sectors, have acquired Canadian coatings company Canlak Inc, and US-based Valentus Specialty Chemicals. Nordic Capital has sold its remaining shares in Nordnet, a pan-Nordic digital savings and investments platform.  Under Nordic Capital’s ownership, and in close partnership with the founding Öhman Group, Nordnet underwent significant transformative change and now offers a  best-in-class customer experience in the digital savings industry with sustainable growth potential. CORE Industrial Partners (CORE), a Chicago-based private equity firm, has acquired Marianna Beauty Holdings (Marianna), an Omaha, Nebraska-based leading developer and manufacturer of innovative hair, skin and beauty products, by portfolio company Arizona Natural Resources (ANR). Financial services provider iBanFirst, which delivers solutions across banking borders, has secured a growth equity investment to fund product development, international expansion and M&A, from global private equity firm Marlin, which became the fintech’s largest shareholder as a result, replacing existing business angels and some of the company’s early backers.
