Mobeus has agreed to sell Ludlow Wealth Management, a North West-based financial advice business, to Mattioli Woods plc, for an enterprise value of GBP36.1 million, subject to regulatory approval and completion of a share placing by Mattioli Woods.

The London Technology Club (LTC), has invested in Sharebite, a mission-driven food ordering platform built exclusively for workplaces.
LTC has invested as part Sharebite’s USD15 million ‘Series A’ funding round to drive exponential growth and further strengthen its leadership in the corporate food ordering space.
LTC took part in the round alongside leading impact fund Lafayette Square, Essential Capital, the founders and former executives of Seamless (now part of GrubHub) and Delivery Hero and other prominent technology investors including Liberty City Ventures, Percy Capital, Reign Ventures, River Park Ventures.

Mr Green Africa has become the first waste management and recycling company in Africa achieve certification as a B Corporation. The company is backed by DOB Equity, a Dutch family-backed impact investor.
Mr Green Africa collects waste plastic from local communities and recycles it into a “new” high-quality raw material which can be used by manufacturers in their packaging for products. Through DOB Equity’s investments, Mr Green Africa has been able to replace virgin plastic packaging with up to 100 per cent recyclable plastic for multinational companies such as Unilever.

Human Layer Security company Tessian has raised USD65 million in Series C venture capital funding to accelerate its mission of quantifying and preventing human risk in global enterprises, and empowering people to do their best work without security getting in the way.
