Terms of the transactions have not disclosed.
Roping.com and EventingTraining.com are VOD training platforms in the equestrian disciplines of team roping and eventing respectively, featuring databases of instructional videos from elite trainers and competitors, along with mobile apps, member-only communities, and access to feedback from world champion coaches.

Sila Heating and Air (Sila), a port folio company of private equity firm Dubin Clark, has completed two acquisitions: NETR Inc (NETR) and John S Parker Home Service (JSP). Financial terms of the transactions have not been disclosed.
