Founded in 2004 by Janet Farris and Chris Farris with locations in Whitefish, MT and Memphis TN, Total Label provides complex pressure sensitive, extended content and booklet labels utilising flexographic, letterpress, digital and hybrid printing technologies. Total primarily serves the agriculture, health and beauty, nutraceutical, home goods, and food and beverage end-markets. Janet and Chris Farris will remain in leadership roles with the company.

TLT has leveraged its corporate expertise and strategic alliance with Dutch firm Holla to advise on the acquisition of Idox plc’s Grants Consultancy business by existing client SilverTree Equity Partners, a specialist software and technology focused private equity firm.
Grants Consultancy is one of the Netherlands’ leading providers of innovation funding consultancy and data. Idox plc is an AIM-listed supplier of specialist information management software and solutions.
TLT advised SilverTree on the acquisition and commercial agreements with Idox, and co-ordinated all the legal workstreams. Holla ran the legal due diligence in the Netherlands and other local law requirements.

Technology-led fulfilment services provider Mosaic Fulfilment Solutions (Mosaic) has acquired logistics, warehousing and fulfilment firm Thorn 3PL Services Ltd.
The deal will support Mosaic, which is backed by leading mid-market private equity firm LDC, to increase its capacity, further enhance its technology-led services and expand its footprint across the North.
