AMP Capital has originated and closed a significant investment in a junior HoldCo facility secured against Peel Group’s 37.6 per cent stake in Peel Ports, one of the largest port operators in the UK, on behalf of AMP Capital Infrastructure Debt Fund IV (IDF IV).

Private equity firm NorthEdge has backed the primary management buyout of Altia-ABM, a specialist investigation and covert operation software business.
Nottingham and Glasgow based Altia-ABM develops specialist investigation software for government departments and law enforcement agencies in the UK, Canada and Australia. The firm, which predominantly works with customers in the public sector, allows police forces and investigation teams to automate processes using technology, which reduces time and money spent on investigations and improves prosecution rates.

Gresham House Ventures, a growth equity investor specialised in scaling businesses driven by technology, customer insight or service excellence, and Maven Capital Partners, one of the UK’s most active private equity managers, have invested in growing e-commerce deals business RevLifter.
RevLifter operates a sophisticated deals personalisation platform powered by artificial intelligence technology. The business has already acquired high-profile customers in the retail and telecoms space, including Harvey Nichols, Very, Currys PC World, AT&T, BT Broadband and EE.

An award-winning electric vehicle charging company is set to step up the roll-out of charging points across the country after securing a GBP1.5 million investment.
Elmtronics, an independent provider of charging points, has raised the funding from the North East Venture Fund (NEVF), which is supported by the European Regional Development Fund and managed by Mercia, and the Ingenious Infrastructure Ventures EIS Service.
The investment, which follows the announcement that the government is to ban the sale of new petrol and diesel cars from 2030, will allow Elmtronics to step up its work in underserved UK regions.

Kredivo, a digital credit platform for retail borrowers across Indonesia, has secured a debt facility of up to USD100 million from Victory Park Capital (VPC), a global alternative investment firm, to fund consumer loans for Kredivo’s borrowers in Indonesia.
The deal marks major milestones for both firms: the transaction is VPC’s first in Southeast Asia and Indonesia overall. For Kredivo, it is the largest deal in its history with a credit provider and represents one of the largest ever credit lines secured by any digital credit platform in the region.

Vanti Analytics has closed a USD4.5 million seed funding round led by Silicon Valley venture capital firm True Ventures and Israel’s More VC.
The round includes participation from Israel’s i3 Equity Partners, who invested in 2019 alongside Ariel Maislos.

Mid-market private equity firm LDC has successfully exited it investment in Panther Logistics to US-based AIT Worldwide Logistics (AIT). Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
Northampton-based Panther Logistics is the UK’s largest independent two-man home delivery firm. Specialising in the retail and ecommerce sectors, its customers include Wayfair, Silentnight, Dunelm, Maze, Decathlon and Habitat.

DataLink Software (DataLink), a provider of integrated population health applications for healthcare providers and payors, has received a significant growth investment from an investor group led by DWS’s global private equity business.
DWS joins existing investor Revelstoke Capital Partners (Revelstoke). With this investment, DataLink will bolster its provider engagement services and pursue strategic M&A initiatives, focused on acquisitions that enhance product functionality to benefit new and existing customers.
