Pear VC has closed its fourth fund with $432 million in capital commitments, making it one of the largest seed funds raised in recent years by a non-multistage vehicle. The fund will target pre-seed and seed investments in AI.
Kinzie Capital Partners LP has held the final close of the company’s first institutional fund, Kinzie Fund II, with $150 million in total commitments, from a wide range of investors including foundations, endowments, pension funds and family offices.
