IK Investment Partners’ (IK) IK VIII Fund has entered into exclusive negotiations to sell Colisée Group (Colisée), a European care provider, to the EQT Infrastructure V Fund (EQT Infrastructure). Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Funds advised by SK Capital Partners (SK Capital), a private investment firm focused on the specialty materials, chemicals and pharmaceuticals sectors, has entered into a definitive agreement with Huntsman Corporation (HUN) to purchase approximately 42.5 million of its shares in Venator Materials PLC for a cash purchase price of approximately USD100 million.
The deal includes a 30-month option for the purchase of the remaining approximately 9.5 million shares at a strike price of USD2.15 per share. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close near year-end.

Restream, a multi-platform live streaming solution, has raised USD50 million in Series A financing led by Sapphire Ventures and Insight Partners. In addition, Restream is launching Restream Studio, a broadcasting production centre that makes live streaming across social platforms as easy as hosting a Zoom call. Restream will use the new capital to expand the company’s product offerings and continue to grow its global footprint, following 300 percent growth since January. Paul Levine, Managing Director at Sapphire Ventures, and Teddie Wardi, Managing Director at Insight Partners, will also join Restream’s board of directors.

MidOcean’s investment will be used to accelerate Music Reports’ growth, both through organic product initiatives, as well as potential acquisitions. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Private investment firm GI Partners has completed the previously announced acquisition of Clinical Ink, a global clinical trial technology company.Headquartered in Horsham, Pennsylvania, Clinical Ink offers data certainty from source to submission during clinical trials. The company’s Lumenis eSource clinical technology is a suite of solutions for capturing and integrating clinical trial electronic study data from sites, clinicians, and patients in real time.
