ESTEVE is to acquire all the shares of the German pharmaceutical company RIEMSER from private investment house Ardian.Headquartered in Berlin, RIEMSER has a diversified portfolio of products with the three main therapeutic areas being: oncology, neurology and niche therapies. RIEMSER operates a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Germany and has direct geographical presence in four of Europe’s five major countries: Germany, United Kingdom, France, and Spain. Over 80 per cent of sales come from the hospital channel, providing specialty treatments and a wide range of pharmaceuticals in therapeutic niche areas. An affiliate of private investment firm Sun Capital Partners (Sun Capital), has completed the acquisition of Cotton Holdings(Cotton), an infrastructure support services company for public and private entities throughout the United States and internationally.  Terms of the private transaction have not been disclosed. Cotton is an infrastructure support services company with subsidiaries that conduct business under the Cotton Global Disaster Solutions, Cotton Roofing, Cotton Logistics, Cotton Culinary, and OneLodge brands. Sheridan Capital Partners (Sheridan) has med an investment in Tarrytown Expocare (Tarrytown), a closed-door long-term care pharmacy focused exclusively on individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Sheridan invested alongside Tarrytown’s founder and management team, who have retained a meaningful ownership stake in the business.   Tarrytown, founded in 2013 and headquartered in Austin, TX, is a national leader and innovator in the IDD pharmacy segment. The Company has longstanding relationships with IDD group home providers and delivers services to over 1,900 group homes. The partnership will allow the Company to continue building a robust infrastructure and accelerate national expansion.

Since starting her career in 2006 at ABN AMRO, Sweta Chattopadhyay has seen, first-hand, how investors have changed their allocation preferences to private equity. Having worked at a number of prominent UK pension schemes as an in-house advisor, where she developed a broad network of PE manager relationships, Chattopadhyay currently works as Director within the Private Markets team at Bfinance, a London-based independent consultant to global institutional investors, where she is head of Private Equity advisory. US Public Realtions firm Gregory FCA has secured a minority growth capital investment from Copley Equity Partners, a Boston-based private investment firm. Founder Gregory Matusky and President Joseph Anthony remain majority owners and will continue to lead the firm.
