Puma Private Equity (Puma), the private equity division of Puma Investments, has completed a GBP2.75 million investment in MyKindaFuture (MKF).
The capital injection will enable MKF to expand its mission to help employers access a broader and more diverse talent pool, improve retention rates and tackle skills shortages.

SK Capital Partners (SK Capital), a private investment firm focused on the specialty materials, chemicals and pharmaceuticals sectors, has held the final close of SKCP Catalyst Fund I (SK Catalyst I) at its hard cap, with limited partner capital commitments of USD400 million.
SK Catalyst I will focus on control investments in the lower middle market utilising the same sector-focused, operationally intensive investment strategy that SK Capital has executed throughout its history. The closing of SK Catalyst I, significantly above the initial USD300 million target, follows the successful fundraising of SK Capital Partners V earlier this year.

LawnStarter, an on-demand platform for outdoor services, has secured a USD10.5 million growth investment from growth investor Edison Partners.
The new funding will enable LawnStarter to continue its growth in lawn care across the US and add new outdoor service lines including landscaping, fertilisation, pest control, and tree care.

Angular Ventures has closed its debut fund, which will invest in early-stage deep technology enterprise companies with global expansion plans based in Europe and Israel, at USD41 million in capital commitments.

BGF has invested a further GBP11 million into Molson Group, a UK-based independent distributor of capital equipment to the construction and waste management sectors.
The investment will be used to develop Molson’s existing sites and brands, as well as expand its international and waste management offerings.

Essling Capital continues its unlisted co-investment programme with the launch of its third vintage fund, Essling Co-Invest 3 (ECI 3).
